On 9th March Henley Director of Research Helen Davies attended The Researchers & Associates Forum held by the AESC (Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants) in London. Themes discussed included best practice in candidate sourcing and networking, the new GDPR legislation and the future of executive research in terms of technology, knowledge management and insights. The day was attended by around 60 delegates from leading search firms and the executive research community.
Speakers and panellists included highly regarded trainers in executive research and talent sourcing, and senior leaders from both international and boutique search firms. Many of the sessions were highly interactive, ensuring that delegates got practical experience as well as theoretical expertise from the day.
Helen described the event as “a fantastic forum”. “It was a great opportunity to keep up to date with best practice in executive research and to share experiences with high calibre peers from the executive search community internationally.”
To date six of Henley Research International’s team are AESC/ERA certified researchers with two other team members currently participating in the course.
